If you are not absolutely satisfied with your choice of kiteboarding equipment for any reason at all - maybe you chose the wrong model, or the wrong size for your local conditions - simply return it to Cornwall Extreme Sports and we will be happy to exchange it for the perfect kite for you, or refund your full purchase price.
While no kite is indestructible, we believe our kites and every piece of equipment we make will meet the BEST standards. We stand behind all of our high quality products with the industry’s BEST guarantee: you can return your kite even if you had a gnarly crash and the kite was damaged within the first thirty (30) days of purchase!
Though we reserve the right to refuse this guarantee if we feel that the purchaser is abusing this awesome policy.

LIMITED 3-MONTH WARRANTY
If the thirty (30) day No Questions Asked Guarantee is not enough to make you feel secure that you are getting the BEST products for your money, Cornwall Extreme Sports also guarantees everything we sell for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase to be free from major defects in materials and workmanship.
The ninety (90) day parts and workmanship warranty is subject to the following limitations
* The warranty is valid only when the product is used for normal recreational activities, and does not cover products used in rental or teaching operations.
* This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear including, but not limited to: punctures, rigging with other than Cornwall Extreme Sports components ordinarily used with the warranted item, damage due to excessive sun exposure, damage due to over-inflation of the bladders, damage caused by improper handling or storage, damage caused by use in waves or shore breaks, damage caused by high speed crashes, accidents or damage caused by anything other than defects in the material and workmanship.
* This warranty is void if any unauthorized repair, change or modification has been made to any part of the equipment. This warranty excludes used, pre-owned, or demo gear sold on bestkiteboarding.com.
* The warranty is good from the date of the original purchase only. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the Best product covered by the warranty and it does not extend to subsequent purchasers or third parties.
* This warranty excludes any damages to persons or property caused by, or related to, mechanical failure or accidents. Cornwall Extreme Sports will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of any of our products and/or any other damages or losses.
Cornwall Extreme Sports will make the final warranty determination, which may require inspections and/or photos of the equipment, which clearly show the defect(s).
This is the only warranty we make to you and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. We expressly disclaim any and all liability for bodily injury or death and for incidental and consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
